Chief Marketing & Operations Officer - BEAMLead creative strategy, brand partnerships, and operations across BEAM’s projects.
Oversee end-to-end production, from concept, design, and logistics to on-site execution, for large-scale events and campaigns. Manage client relationships, budgets, and a diverse team delivering culture-driven activations across music, fashion, and lifestyle.

Social Media Manager - BEAM

At BEAM, I manage the agency’s social media presence by creating and posting daily content that keeps followers engaged and growing. I develop fresh content concepts for each project, schedule all posts, and work closely with the content team to ensure we capture and share the right moments. I handle wrap-up posts that clearly showcase each project’s results and oversee all story uploads and highlights to ensure full coverage. In addition, I design and send out BEAM’s email mailouts, sharing updates, event news, and key announcements with our community.

Talent Manager / Agent - EK Collective 

Represent and develop a roster of models, influencers, and creatives across fashion, music, and lifestyle. Handle brand partnerships, bookings, campaigns, and overall career strategy, bridging talent with brands through culturally relevant storytelling.

Creative Director - Dropp TV

Led creative across interactive music and fashion campaigns for Dropp TV, the world’s first shoppable streaming platform. Oversaw visual direction, artist collaborations, and branded video content merging e-commerce and entertainment.

CIARA - CICI Album Launch (Influencer Campaign)
PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

For Ciara’s CICI album launch, I developed the full creative concept for the influencer gifting. I came up with the idea to include red roses and a large vinyl of the album, designing custom red boxes to house both elements. I sourced a florist, devised a secure way to keep the vinyls upright within the flower boxes, and coordinated courier logistics to ensure all gifts were delivered to influencers on time and in perfect condition.

NEMZZZ - RENT'S DUE ALBUM LAUNCH PARTY
PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

I led the creative concept and project management for Nemzzz’s album launch, transforming the venue into his “house” with immersive branded rooms. I developed the idea for a JD Sports walk-in wardrobe where guests could redeem hidden JD receipts for free gifts, managed all event branding and production from AI design mock-ups to on-site builds, and oversaw budgeting, supplier sourcing, and setup. I also handled influencer invites, coordinated content capture, and managed post-event coverage with Clash Magazine, Link Up TV, and JD Sports to ensure all brand deliverables were met.

NEMZZZ - TRAM WRAP ACTIVATION
PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

I sourced and managed the tram wrap supplier, collaborating with Manchester Transport to fully wrap both the interior and exterior of a city tram. I organised a live performance on board, planning the schedule with Transport for Greater Manchester (TFGM) to ensure minimal disruption to public routes. Post-event, I coordinated the social media rollout and content coverage to maximise visibility for the campaign.

KALI UCHIS - SINCERELY ALBUM LAUNCH LONDON ACTIVATION 
PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

I sourced and managed the digital van and collaborated with the graphic designer on the visual design. I secured an ice cream partner to give out free treats and arranged sponsorship with XOXO Drinks. I created mini gift bags, printed personalised letters from Kali Uchis, and sourced models and a street team to hand out roses. I also designed the park setup for a live artist painting installation and created a detailed shot list for the content team to capture the full activation.

ASCO - PERFECT TIMING LAUNCH
PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

I managed the creative direction and logistics for Asco’s “Perfect Timing” album launch. This included developing the event concept, sourcing the venue, and coordinating all production elements from stage design to signage. I handled artist logistics, staff coordination, and guestlist management, ensuring the event ran smoothly from setup to post-event breakdown. I also worked closely with the content team to capture key moments for social media rollout.

REDBULL CULTURE CLASH - VOTS STAGE
PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

I managed all event-day logistics and created the performance schedule for the team. I designed and sourced stage props including giant flags, an inflatable, and a custom newspaper piece to enhance the stage identity. I also oversaw the content shot list and coordinated the post-event rollout to ensure all deliverables were met and the activation was captured effectively.

AMIGOS BURGERS - MASCOT DESIGN
PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

I designed the official Amigos mascot from scratch, developing the full creative concept and visual identity. I then sourced and managed a production partner to bring the mascot to life, overseeing materials, fabrication, and final delivery.

AYRA STARR - HOT BODY CARNIVAL ACTIVATION
PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

I managed the full production and logistics for Ayra Starr’s Carnival activation, working closely with the label to bring their concept to life. I managed the face and body art team, including creating branded Ayra Starr stencils for airbrush artists to use on the public. I designed and produced custom Ayra Starr merchandise for giveaways, including fans, T-shirts, shorts and tote bags, and handled on-site setup and staff coordination. I also managed street team operations, ensuring the activation ran smoothly across multiple Carnival locations, and oversaw content capture and social rollout, ensuring the campaign reached a wide audience.
